Barbecued Chicken Legs

  • 2 chicken legs
  • 2 Tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
  •    Pinch of rosemary
  •    Pinch of thyme
  •    Pinch of marjoram
  •    salt
  •    fresh ground black pepper
  •    celery seed

Put the chicken on a greased broiler pan. Mix the remaining ingredients together and brush over the chicken with them. Broil about 3-4 inches from the heat for about 30 minutes, brushing frequently with the sauce. Turn and basting again, broil for about 15 minutes more, or until tender
