Barbecued Turkey Beans

Serve this wonderful dish with my Old Fashioned Brown Bread.

  • 1/2 pound Ground Skinless Turkey Breast
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 16 oz. can butter bean, drained
  • 1 16 oz. can kidney beans, drained
  • 2 16 oz. cans baked beans
  • 1/2 to 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons apple cider vinegar

Brown the turkey and onion in a large saucepan (which has been sprayed with vegetable oil spray), then mix with remaining ingredients. Pour into an 8-by-8 or 9-by-12 glass baking dish. Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes or until bubbling hot
