Skillet Frankfurters
& Beans

1 serving

  • 2 turkey frankfurters, sliced
       (may use any type of franks)
  • 2 teaspoons minced onions
  • 1/2 clove minced garlic
  •    Pinch of oregano
  • 2 teaspoons margarine or butter
  • 1 8 oz. can baked beans
  • 1 small tomato, in wedges or
       some grape or cherry tomatoes

Saute the franks, onion, garlic and oregano in the hot margarine until the franks are lightly browned. Add the beans and heat well. Add the tomato wedges and heat gently
