Turkey Rice Burgers

8 servings 

Leftover rice makes a great addition to burgers. Serve on buns like hamburgers or with a salad and vegetable for a complete meal.

  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
  •    vegetable oil spray
  • 1 1/4 pounds Ground Skinless Turkey Breast
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1/4 cup grated onion
  • 1/4 cup bottled chili sauce
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Combine all ingredients in large bowl; mix well. Shape mixture into 8 patties. Spray vegetable cooking spray on large non-stick skillet. Cook patties over medium heat in 10 to 12 minutes on each side or grill 12 to 14 minutes on each side
