Honey Mustard Chicken Breasts

- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/3 cup Dijon mustard
- 1 Tablespoon dried dill weed
- 1 teaspoon freshly grated orange peel
- 2 1/4 pounds (6 Large) skinless boneless
chicken breasts
Combine honey, dijon mustard, dill and orange peel.
Line a broiler with aluminum foil and spray it with vegetable oil spray. Lay breasts on foil and coat both sides with the sauce.
Broil for 7-8 minutes on each side (til no longer pink inside).
Make up same amount of sauce if you are cooking 2 or 4 breasts. Delicious served with asparagus.
