Healthy Turkey Loaf

  • 1 1/4 pounds lean ground Turkey
  • 1/2 cup chopped carrot
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onions
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup canned tomato sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  •    Salt & pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 350°. Spray a nonstick loaf pan with vegetables oil spray.

Combine all ingredients and shape into a loaf. Place loaf in prepared loaf pan. Bake for 1 hour.
