Lemon Rosemary Grilled Chicken

4 servings

  • 1 1/4 pounds (4) skinless boneless chicken breast
  • 3 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 Tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1 Tablespoon honey
  • 2 cloves minced garlic

Put the chicken in a plastic bag. In a small bowl, combine other ingredients; pour over chicken. Place bag in the refrigerator for at least an hour.

Heat up the grill. Grill the chicken for 8 minutes on each side.

Now would be a good time to cook up some corn on the cob.
