Low Fat Turkey Stroganoff

4 servings

  • 1 pound ground turkey breast
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 12oz jar fat-free beef gravy
  • 8oz fat-free sour cream
  • 1 Tablespoon apple cider
  •   salt & pepper, to taste
  • 8 oz package egg noodles,
       cooked & drained

Add ground turkey to a hot (medium-high) nonstick skillet and brown about 5 minutes. Add mushrooms and stir until cooked.

Drain. Return mixture to skillet and add gravy, sour cream, salt &pepper; cover and simmer over medium heat for 3-5 minutes. Stir in apple cider.

Serve over hot cooked egg noodles.
