Spicy Turkey Burgers 

4 servings

  • 1 pound Ground Skinless Turkey Breast
  • 1/4 cup chili sauce
  • 1 teaspoon chicken-flavor instant Bouillon

In a large bowl, combine all; shape into 4 patties.

On a lightly greased pan, cook at medium high heat for about 4 minutes on each side (or broil if you prefer or pop them onto your grilling machine) until done.

Serve patties by themselves or on toasted burger buns with your usual (I like low-fat Thousand Island Dressing, lettuce or alfalfa sprouts, tomato and a thin slice of red onion).
