Easy Teriyaki Chicken

2 serving

  • 2 4-5oz skinless boneless chicken breasts
  • 1/3 cup teriyaki sauce
  •    lemon-pepper seasoning

Preheat the oven to 325°.

Rinse chicken breasts and pat dry. Place chicken in a small baking dish and pour the 1/3 cup teriyaki sauce over it. Now lightly sprinkle chicken with lemon-pepper seasoning.

Bake, uncovered at 325° for about 30 minutes, until tender and slightly browned.

NOTE: Even though you are using 1/3 cup of teriyaki sauce, you end up pouring out most of it after cooking. That's why I have shown the sodium as 821mg instead of 2400mg.
