Hawaiian Chicken Breasts

4 serving

  • 1/4 cup pineapple juice
  • 2 Tablespoons catchup
  • 2 Tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons minced peeled ginger root
  • 4 6oz skinless boneless chicken breasts

Combine the first 5 ingredients. Reserve 1/4 cup marinade; place remaining marinade in a plastic bag and add chicken to bag. Seal and chill for 4 hours.

Preheat your Foreman grill to 350°. Remove chicken from bag; discard the marinade in the bag. Sprinkle the chicken with salt & pepper. Add chicken to the grill; baste with reserved marinade.

Cook 5 minutes; turn chicken over; baste with marinade and cook another 4 minutes. Enjoy!
