Brown Rice & Broccoli
4 servings
- 1 cup long grain brown rice
- 2 1/2 cups 99% fat-free chicken broth
- 1 cup broccoli florets
Cook the brown rice in the 2 1/2 cups water.
When rice has come to a boil, add in the broccoli. Cook until water has become absorbed; serve hot.
