Baked Banana
with Honey & Lime 

1 serving

  • 1 medium-small unpeeled firm ripe banana
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 2 teaspoons lime juice

Preheat oven to 350°. Line baking dish with foil. Arrange banana in prepared dish. Bake until skin is golden brown and banana feels soft, about 20 minutes. Let cool 5 minutes.

Make cut lengthwise thru skin, drain and remove from peel. Drizzle with honey and lime juice and serve
