Chocolate Covered Bananas 
4 servings
- 2 bananas, peeled & cut in half
- 1/2 cup chocolate sauce
(Shell topping)
- 4 popsicle sticks
- 4 Tablespoons chopped unsalted peanuts
Insert a popsicle stick into the cut end of each banana half. Pour chocolate sauce over the bananas until they are completely covered (use a spoon to fill in the spots). Roll the chocolate coated bananas in the chopped peanuts. Pop them into the freezer.
Note: If you can't find popsicle sticks, use the handles of plastic spoons.
