Baked Ham Slice

2 servings

  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 pound 1-inch thick slice of ham
  • 1/2 cup apple cider
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

Preheat oven to 350°.

Combine mustard and nutmeg and rub into both sides of the ham slice. Place ham in baking dish. Pour the cider and maple syrup over the ham. Bake for 30 minutes, basting occasionally. Slice and serve.
