Roasted Asparagus

4 servings

  • 1 pound fresh asparagus, peeled
  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 cup gresh grated parmesan cheese
  •    salt & pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 400°.

Toss the asparagus with the olive oil, parmesan and salt and pepper. Place the asparagus in a baking dish and roast until they are 'al dente', about 12 to 14 minutes.
