Non-fat, Cholesterol-free Pancakes 2
2 servings
(or 1 serving for bodybuilders)
- 1 cup Egg Beaters 99% Real Egg Product
- 1/2 cup QUICK COOKING rolled oats (oatmeal)
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 packets Truvia, Equal or Splenda Sweetener
Preheat a flat skillet and spray with butter-flavored cooking spray.
Lightly mix all ingredients in a bowl with a fork; let sit for 3 minutes. VARIATION: Before cooking, fold into batter 1/2 cup fresh or frozen Blueberries, Strawberries, etc. Use a 1/4 cup measure to pour batter onto the skillet and cook on both sides until done. Spray pancakes with "I can't believe it's not butter" or sprinkle with Molly McButter and serve with warmed-up sugar-free syrup or (blueberry, strawberry, etc.) 100% fruit spread.

- 6 egg whites (or 3/4 cup Eggbeaters)
- 1/2 to 3/4 cup rolled oats (oatmeal)
- 1/2 Tablespoon pancake mix
Preheat a flat skillet and spray with butter-flavored cooking spray.
In a blender, lightly mix the ingredients; let sit for 3 minutes. Use a 1/4 cup measure to pour batter onto the skillet and cook on both sides until done. Serve with Butter Buds or Molly McButter and 100% fruit spread (especially Smucker's Black Raspberry - Yummy) or warmed-up sugar-free syrup.
OR pour all the mixture into a heated 10-in omelet (rounded sided) pan and cook just 1 large pancake.
