Pare, Core & quarter apples. Put apples and water in a saucepan; cover. Simmer 15-20 minutes or until apples are tender. Remove from heat. Stir in sugar and cinnamon. If a smooth applesauce is desired, press thru sieve or food mill. Serve warm or cold. |
