Asian Black Bean Salad4 servings
Place cooked beans in 1-Qt mixing bowl. Stir in red onion, cilantro, vinegar, soy sauce, hot oil, and sesame oil into beans. Marinate for 20-30 minutes. Slice asparagus on the diagonal. Steam about 8 minutes. cool, and stir in with bean mixture.
