Potlatch Salmon4 servings
Place salmon fillet on a lightly oiled shallow baking pan. Sprinkle 1 Teaspoon of the Salish Potlatch Seasoning over fillet. Bake in a 400° oven for about 10-14 minutes or till fish just flakes with a fork. To serve, place a piece of salmon on plate with three Wild Rice Griddle Cakes. Dollop griddle cakes with yogurt. Garnish with apple slices.
