Baked Red Snapper

2 servings

  • 10-12 ounces Red Snapper fillet
  •   Cajun seasoning, Lemon Pepper, Mrs Dash, etc.

Preheat oven to 400°.

Sprinkle each fillet with any one of these spices - Cajun seasoning, Lemon Pepper, Mrs Dash, etc, and rub in. Place the fillet(s) onto a baking dish/pan that was coated with cooking spray.

Put pan into preheated oven and bake for about 12 minutes (until fish begins to flake with a fork). Sprinkle with a little lemon juice and serve.
