Garlic Orange Roughy

  • 2 3-oz orange roughy filets
  •   1 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  •   1/2 Tablespoons olive oil
  •   1 Tablespoons butter
  •      salt & pepper (to taste)
  •      paprika (to taste)

Preheat oven to 375°.

Wash filets and pat dry. Slightly heat up a mixture of the garlic, olive oil and butter. Put filets on a non-stick baking sheet; top with the garlic, olive oil and butter mixture. Sprinkle with paprika.

Bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until it flakes with a fork and is opaque all the way through.
