Turkey Burgers 
5 servings
- 1 1/4 pounds Ground Skinless Turkey Breast
- 2 Tablespoons stone-ground yellow cornmeal
- 1 Tablespoon lime juice
- 1 egg white
- 1-2 teaspoons cumin
- 1-2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon chopped, seeded fresh jalapeno
peppers or canned diced
- vegetable oil spray
In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix together lightly, shape into 5 patties. Spray vegetable oil spray in a 12-inch non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Place patties in pan and cook about 4 minutes on each side.
Serve with My Corn Relish. Also good with Jims Cornbread.
