Turkey Burger Plus  
4 servings
  
 
- 1 pound Ground Skinless Turkey Breast
 - 1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
 - 1/3 cup finely chopped onion
 - 1 or 2 beaten egg whites
 - 1 teaspoon soy sauce
 - 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
 - 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
 - 4 whole wheat burger buns, toasted
  
In a large bowl, combine all but the burger buns. Shape into 4 patties.
 
 
On a lightly greased pan, cook at medium high heat for about 4 minutes on each side (or broil if you prefer) until done.
 
 
Serve patties on the toasted burger buns with your usual (I like low-fat Thousand Island Dressing, lettuce or alfalfa sprouts, tomato and a thin slice of red onion).
Also good with My Corn Relish.
